Special Services

We hold a special unit of exclusive services targeted for the oilfield sector upon request. We have listed the following services:

Torque Makeup and Break Out

We have a facility of machinery which we offer torquing of wide range of 2 3/8″ to 20″ oilfield casing, tubing and accessories in accordance with the standard and customer requirements with a torque capacity of 80,000 ft lbs.

Hydristatic Pressure Testing

We conduct pressure testing of various OCTG accessories with connections up to a pressure rate of 30000 psi.

Blasting & Painting

We follow the sand blasting process at the following standard of Sa 2.5 to fulfil the customer requirements. The painting spec should be applied according to the clients required standard which complies to the ADNOC Group.

Manganese Phosphate Coating

We conduct Manganese phosphate coating as a post treatment after the machining of threads, which is conferment of good corrosion and wear resistant.

Cold Rolling Process

Cold Rolling of threads allows the threads to plastic deformation by the thread root rolling tools, which allows to increase the fatigue resistance of the threads. The Cold rolling is done as per the standard required connection specification.

Hard Facing

Hard facing of sleeves and mills involves the dressing of metal surface with tungsten carbide. We conduct redressing of Stabilizer sleeves and Mills in our workshop.

Bracing

We conduct Bracing on the special tools supplied by the CLIENT as per their specifications provided.

Welding Of Conductor Pipes & Connectors

We are specialised in performing the advanced Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) process on conductor pipes and connectors, from sizes that vary up to 36”, 30” and 20” etc.
